John Kelly is a managing director at PNC Capital Markets, LLC, the investment banking arm of PNC Financial Services Corporation, and a public finance investment banker who works with state and local governments to finance infrastructure and environmental projects. He is forming a U.S. branch of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, an international network that enables people around the world to participate in the foundation's work on polar issues, biodiversity, and drinking water. He also serves as president of the Vesper Boat Club in Philadelphia, a community of competitive rowers that promotes character development and physical fitness through the challenge of the sport. The club has been represented on many Olympic, world, and national championship teams.
